VinUnpack is run by one person, so email is the most reliable way to reach me. I read every message.
For a bug report, it helps to include the VIN you tested, your browser and device, and what you expected to see. The decoder never sends a VIN anywhere on its own; if you put one in an email, you are choosing to share it with me.

Short questions and public replies are fine here. For anything involving a VIN or personal details, email is better.
Response time
I try to reply within a few days, but this is a one-person project and I cannot promise a fast answer. I do read everything.
